Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING
1. Cancel and reschedule 24 hours before your appointment. Your deposit is transferable for up to one month.
LATENESS
- If you are late, no fee is incurred BUT your appointment time is shortened by the x amount of minutes that you are late.
- If I do not receive any response or communication from you the day of your appointment and 15 minutes have passed since your appointment; your appointment is cancelled.
